Kentucky Employee Assistance Program - A program dedicated to helping employees find solutions to the personal problems that may hinder their effectiveness at work.

Kentucky Employee Mediation Program - A program established as a way for employees to solve problems with another employee or with a supervisor.

Kentucky Employee Suggestion System - An incentive program designed to encourage employees to participate in good management by sharing their ideas on improving the productivity and the services offered by our state.

Kentucky Human Resource Information System (KHRIS) - The Personnel Cabinet has undertaken the delivery of a new web-based front end – work flow driven Kentucky Human Resource Information System (KHRIS). KHRIS is the foundation for all HR administrative functions that will fundamentally change the way that services are delivered internally and externally.

Kentucky Safety Program - A program to provide training, information and assistance for establishing and maintaining a safe workplace, as well as monitor work related accidents and injuries.

Return to Work Program - A program that enables employees to continue working after sustaining a work related injury, enables employers to retain skilled workers, and reduces workers’ compensation costs for the Commonwealth.
