Agency Liaison List

Each agency in state government has an agency liaison for employee performance evaluation. Agency evaluation liaisons:

1. Provide information to employees and supervisors relative to the employee performance evaluation system.
2. Conduct and/or coordinate all employee performance evaluation training within the agency.
3. Monitor supervisor compliance to all meetings required in the employee performance evaluation process by utilizing the on-line monitoring system.
4. Counsel and advise supervisors as needed on problems relating to the evaluation of employees.
5. Submit to the Personnel Cabinet the year-end rating information on all employees eligible for annual performance evaluations by utilizing the on-line monitoring system.
6. Maintain all employee evaluation documents in the agency's central personnel file.
7. Complete reports and assist in the auditing of evaluation documents as requested by the Personnel Cabinet to be used in monitoring the performance evaluation system.
