Employee Performance Evaluation System

The Performance Management Branch is responsible for coordinating and implementing the employee performance evaluation system throughout state government.  Specific responsibilities of this branch include the following:

• Administrative Leadership and Assistance
• Training and Information Sessions
• Evaluation System Monitoring and Oversight

This website has been developed to provide state employees with information about the employee performance evaluation system. The performance evaluation system was developed to improve communication about work between employee and supervisor. When used properly, the system will accomplish this goal. It is important for you to participate in your own career development and advancement. You can do this by willingly taking part in the evaluation process.
