Training and Resources

The Office of Diversity and Equality provides diversity and EEO training and resources for agency executives, managers and supervisors to assist in achieving the Commonwealth's goals of diversity within state government.

Agencies may contact Office of Diversity and Equality to schedule an appointment for training or use of the resource lab at 502-564-8000.

The Office of Diversity and Equality can assist agencies by providing on-site training including but not limited to the following areas:

• Diversity Training
  Understanding Diversity in the Workplace
  Moving Past Perception, Biases, and Stereotypes
  
• EEO Training
  Sexual Harassment
  Discrimination Training

The Office of Diversity and Equality is currently developing a resource lab housing our Diversity Resume Bank, Train-The-Trainer Training Modules, and EEO Conference Resource Materials.
