EEO Coordinators

Each Cabinet/Agency within Kentucky state government has an individual(s) responsible for coordinating equal employment opportunity reporting, training and investigation.  These individuals, in conjunction with the Office of Diversity & Equality's State EEO Coordinator, comprise the Commonwealth's EEO Coalition.  This coalition promotes equal opportunity across state government and assists with the Annual Governor's EEO Conference.  (To find your cabinet/agency's EEO Coordinator, please see the directory linked on the right column of this page.)

EEO Coordinators are requested to complete an EEO Monthly Reporting Form (DOC - 42KB).  For questions or concerns regarding this form, or to submit a form:

The Office of Diversity & Equality publishes a monthly newsletter for the EEO Coordinators throughout state government.  These newsletters provide a synopsis of the Office of Diversity & Equality's initiatives and help to maintain communication among members of the state's EEO Coalition.
