Welcome to the new 2009 Kentucky Employees Health Plan Open Enrollment Website. We designed this site to make it easy for you to find all the information you need to make an informed decision about your health plan selections.

Open Enrollment for the 2009 Plan Year will be held October 13 – October 24, 2008. This year is a mandatory, active enrollment. This means you must enroll online or complete and sign your Enrollment Application and submit it to your agency’s Insurance Coordinator by October 24, 2008. If you do not enroll, you will not have health insurance coverage through the Commonwealth. Please see the section below which applies to your status for additional information.
