Each appointing authority is authorized to approve and grant work schedules based on state and federal laws. Each agency has the ability to decide who is eligible to participate. Employees are not guaranteed that a request to participate will be granted; however, each employee will have equal consideration for participation. The agency may terminate the agreement at its discretion.
