The Basic Life Insurance and your Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance of $20,000 are provided to you by the Commonwealth of Kentucky at no cost to you. Although this basic coverage may be sufficient for some, for many, additional coverage may be necessary to provide essential financial protection to you and your family. That is why we are pleased to offer you Optional Life Insurance and Dependent Life Insurance for your family. You have the option of enrolling in both of these coverages.
