How do you conduct employee training?
You have been identified as a training expert for your Agency, and we need your help! The Commonwealth’s E-Government Work Group, sponsored by Finance and Administration Cabinet Secretary Jonathan Miller and Personnel Cabinet Secretary Nikki Jackson, is requesting your input in order to find ways to reduce overall training costs and find more efficient and cost-effective ways to conduct state business electronically.
We are requesting a list of all training products and resources currently being used to administer and track all types of training (soft skills, certifications, hands-on computer, web based, etc.) in your agency.
Note: If you only use Microsoft Office to produce training materials, please list that under the Primary Software Name field. You do not have to complete the rest of the information for that section of the survey.
The results of this survey will be used to produce an overall enterprise-wide database of trainings and software available to state employees and agencies.
Please complete this information before COB, Friday, November ???.
Your role is critical to the success of this project and your time and expertise is greatly appreciated.
